Estate sales seem to be a seasonal thing. The winter months are dismal for sales and I am ready for them to start up with the spring flowers that are just starting to bloom in my yard...mini daffodils, camellias and snowdrops.
One estate sale sprang onto my radar today. Slim pickings, but managed a couple of finds. A dish with a great turquoise interior, a deck of cards with a shell/flower design and an assortment of vintage tally cards.
My favorite tally cards are these with turkeys. I don't often find Thanksgiving/turkey cards, so these are great!
How often do you find cute turkeys, puppies and hearts all on one card?
Come on spring! Come on estate sale season! I am more than ready....
I'm ready for Spring to be here and for sales too! Glad you found a few things. Those tally cards are cute...are those little pumpkins on there too? I've never seen that mix on anything either.

I drove way out of my way today to go to a yard sale that touted lots of the things that I (and you) love. But, when I got there, they had closed up because of the cold that blew in. BOO to them. I need a junk fix! (Those turkey/pumpkin/grapes/puppy/hearts are quite the head scratcher!)

I'm ready for estate sale season too! I've really been saving my money by not attending auctions and estate sales (with one exception) this winter. I'll be a holy terror in the spring!
