I have all my New Years decorations up and will for a couple of weeks. My front window has a different look tho.
Remember this cardboard scene I found awhile ago at an antique shop?
It was time for this darling couple to make their debut in my front window.
I added some old felt snow at the base and a sprinkling of vintage pink, turquoise and silver ornaments.
I hung some vintage cardboard snowflakes from the ceiling that framed the whole scene. Here we are looking in from outside. A fun little wintery land waiting to see if we actually get snow this season!

Looks like you found the perfect spot for that couple!Looks darling in your front window with the snowflakes!
Hope we get a little snow down this way too.Funny that we're hoping for a little snow and other people are buried in it!
Thanks for sharing.
Have a great day!

I've been waiting to see how you were going to use that cute little couple. Great job as always! I also really like how you incorporated vintage ornaments into the scene.
Happy New Year!!

Too cute!! I wonder how many folks stop and look at your window as they walk by? I'd love to add you block to my daily walk!

Oh that is TOO cool! What a perfect setting you created!
You want snow? We have plenty to spare ;)
After all, I live in the Christmas Capital of Canada because we are guaranteed to have snow.

This is sooooo cute. Better than any store's window. Love the color balls scattered at their feet. Mary in Dallas

The way you decorate your window and your front porch are so delightful. I bet the neighbors wait for it like back in the the day when the department stores put up elaborate displays for the holidays. I can hear the buzz.. what will she do next!

I think a kiss is the perfect way to start a snowy day. You are so good at using what you have to decorate.
