I spent Saturday afternoon putting all four bins of my Halloween away. It was quickly replaced with inventory for Christmas craft shows that I do. Between now and the first weekend in December I have 5 shows. My living room is a reflection on this chaos.

My first show is THIS SATURDAY,November 8th from 9-5. It is the All Saints Holiday Bazaar at 3847 NE Glisan Street.(Portland, Oregon 97232) I did this show last year and it was a great mix of vendors They have added even more new ones this year and I am excited to see who they are. They also have yummy baked goods and serve lunch...I won't starve as I man my table.
Unfortunately between now and Saturday I have alot of work as I sort thru all this:
Lots of glittery cardboard houses,

Tons of tiny hand dyed bottle brush trees, embellished with old glass garland. I have three different sizes that I do.

Big bottle brush trees too...I don't go for traditional colors!

Lots of Christmas cones made from old cardboard thread spools. I embellish them with vintage wrapping paper and old holiday doo-dads. Sparkly and fun!

18 vintage jewelry boxes decoupaged with old themed images and gussied up with glitter.

Embellished reindeer ready for a new home.

A box full of angels - made with vintage heads and freshly sparkled wings.

A box of small bottle brush wreaths embellished with vintage glass garland.

My personal favorite - Reflector flowers. I make them from old Christmas light reflectors.

Actually these may be my favorite. Tiny holiday scenes captured under a glass cloche. I make the figures and each is one of a kind. Totally whimsical and happy with a capital "H".

Handmade snowmen and trees I gave a tutorial for earlier this year. (October 6th post)

Sleighs. Glittered sleighs, chock full of holiday fun.

Carmen Miranda fairies ornaments. Made out of vintage materials. I love the tiny little vintage fruit headdresses that they wear. Another favorite of mine.
And no sale would be complete without my wreaths.

Can you see the little vintage bird hiding in this one? He has a black beak and is about in the center of the photo on the inner edge.

See the vintage ornament with the tiny Santa scene...so cute!
So, as you can see by the photos I have ALOT of pricing and sorting to do. I still have more to make and didn't show you all the goodies that will be at my shows....keeping the element of surprise out there. I like to mix up my inventory so I don't carry the same thing at each show. I will also be listing stuff on ETSY. Busy month ahead...will keep you posted. Tis the season (almost)!
