I went to a local antique mall in Camas, Washington yesterday for a little shopping and lunch with a girlfriend. I found a few goodies, but this was my favorite.
Those two little lovebirds just spoke to me from their tin box roost. I am truly a sucker for birds and combine that with a round storage tin and if the price is right, it is mine.
I now have a stack of tins that reaches up to the sky. My collection (which I use for studio storage) includes these gems.
I like that these are a dual purpose item. Not only nice to look at, but great storage as well.
And maybe in a pinch, they could be fancy stepping stones...in the quest to add to my stash.
Happy Wednesday.
I love the colors of all your lucky found tins.
What's your plan for all those beauties?

I love vintage tins! I store my cake decorating supplies in mine. I don't have quite as many as you. Shucks.

Tins are one of my favorites too. I love the birds and the colors are fantastic.
Hope the rain cleared up and you had a great day!

Those are lovely! I have a couple with roses on them, but haven't desided what to store in them.

That tin tower picture is great! Do your neighors think you're crazy? This is in the backyard, right?! I love the lengths you go to, to take some awesome photos! They're all beautiful, and you're a riot!
