You would think that after spending hours in the studio crafting things for the upcoming holiday season I would have a little burnout.
No such thing as holiday overload on this end! In fact I was THRILLED to find this on the newsstands this morning while grocery shopping!
I love it when the holiday magazines hit the stands. I was especially excited to see a feature on Liz Demos...I enjoy visiting her blog (and wish she would post more often). If I ever make a trip to Savannah, her shop is on my list of places to visit!
I love the second picture:)The pink house i love. I really like it all:)Can't wait to see this in your etsy shop:)

I am right there with you! I am going to go look for that magazine. I love the holidays and this part where it is all the fun and anticipation is definetly one of my favorite parts of it. I am so in love with that sweet little pink house!

My family - the Scrooges - won't let me sing any carols until the day after Thanksgiving!! Of course most days I'm home along with Java and the Scotties so I can sing or do anything I darn well please.
And I was thinking about getting out the sewing machine today and whipping up a few Christmas presents!!
Funny, they don't care what time of the year I shop for Christmas.
Have a great day.

Me, too! Now I can't wait to go out and find that mag...;)

I love those magazines, too. I save all of them and get them out every year. I used to save them for the day after Thanksgiving, but the season's too short for that. Don't sell all of those chenille bump stars at your craft shows - I'm going to need to buy a set.

I need to get my tail over to the store to get that magazine before they're all gone!
Laurie, I think your creations are going to become family heirlooms in the future. They are so special, that they'll be handed down to the next generation and treasured forever! Keep the holiday goodies coming!

Liz's shop is amazing. Visiting it this past June was the highlight of my trip to Savannah. She was so friendly and helpful. If you ever make it out this way for a little tour of the South, I'd love to meet up with you there and show you a couple of other fun shops nearby. Savannah is truly unique.
I'm ready for Christmas crafting - bring it on!

I, too, was totally thrilled to find that Christmas magazine while grocery shopping last weekend! Now, I'm waiting for Country Living's special holiday or Christmas issue! Whoohoo!

I was just in Savannah last week, but unfortunately it was pouring rain the morning we were there and did not get to walk as much as we would have liked. I was not aware of Liz's shop, but am sad now that I have missed it! Btw...loving your blog. It makes me so happy to look at all of your new creations. I'd love to spend a day as your helper just for the fun of it!
