I have a little tabletop Christmas tree collection. These are all less than 6 inches tall.
These are some that I have collected this year. When I find them I just set them on a certain tray in my studio so I can keep them organized until the holidays. (more in my holiday storage)
These are all new reproduction trees. I like that they have a vintage look.
These are vintage trees that are made with a twisted foil garland. I really like these - they are about 4 inches tall.
This is one I got at an estate sale recently. It is stamped Japan on the bottom and is made of glass garland and tiny wisps of bottle brush tree between each garland bead.
The colors are totally non Christmas on this pair and they are made of a netting material trimmed with covered wire.
I have always had a soft spot for paper honeycomb. This tree had my name all over it.
One of the reasons I like this assortment of trees is that it often inspires me to try and recreate one of these vintage treasures. I had some honeycomb paper in my studio and decided to give some tree crafting a whirl.
Totally non-traditional colors - but I don't always follow the norm.
A fun little forest to decorate with during the holiday season. I will post the rest of my collection when I dig it out.
I can't pick a favorite. I love them all.

They look so cute all together. Bottle Brush Trees are my favorite, although I've never seen the ones that look like fairy wings - they are pretty sweet. Wonderful collection.

Your stuff just blows my mind. All the variety...colors, sizes, mediums, embellishments...all in miniature tree form. Beautiful grouping. Such wonderful little treasures. Have a blessed week.

Those netting ones are so different - save 'em for Easter, too!
Oh, by the way, don't feel obligated to respond to every comment I leave - I know how wicked busy you are, especially on Fridays! :)

I never would have thought to try making a tree from honeycomb. But that's why you are you!
Pssst! Don't tell anyone, but I've started decorating a little for Christmas. Seemed senseless to put the stuff away when I find it, so the pilgrims and turkeys have been packed up. I've never decorated this early! It's this crazy blog world!

I really like your honeycomb trees! I've got one of those trees with that wired organza stuff, but you probably knew that.

Those twisted foil trees look just like little snow-covered pines. Any of those going into your etsy shop? -amy

Love your honeycomb trees. Maybe it's because I recently had surgery and now have my appetite back- but they look like delicious little sugary confections! Wonderful!!
