Awesome! I like how you have an authentic label to label your drawer!

I think I might use your Dennison stock sheet as a reference for colors. Between Pantone, Crayola, L.L. Bean, and Berol Die Markers...I just do not know the names of colors anymore. (When ordering seam binding too...that is the worst.) They are either indexed as numbers, fine art colors, colors that look like food, colors that look like nature...etc. Hmmm. Don't know where that came from. LOL. Frustration I suppose. Good night.

Yay, Vintage! Can you see me waving my old college-style pennant?

Love seeing the old labels - just looking at them brings back so many memories of helping teachers with bulletin boards and decorating the cafeteria for school dances - life was so much simpler then.

Have a wonderful day.

I use lots of crepe paper streamers to make the wands I sell, and I agree that some of the new stuff just doesn't ruffle right. I have to hand gather my rosettes 'cause it rips when I try to machine it. I wish I could get my hands on some of that old stuff. I'm going to have to start hitting the estate sales (very few around here) and be more diligent in searching the thrifts.

Such yummy colors on your chart! Love the labels.

I am so glad you liked the crepe paper. Don't you just love the old graphic labels. Your drawer looks pretty well stocked for awhile unless of course you come across a package of Dennison "Heliotrope".
Looking forward to your show this Friday at The Smile Station.

Oh, you know what you can do when the drawer is too full to close! There are plenty of us that would help you out!

I still need to try your ruffle technique. Sadly, it will be with the new stuff!

Don't you wish you could just send in an order? I bought a roll of crepe paper at the craft store this fall and it was awful - enjoy that lovely vintage stuff!
