When I did my post about my vintage snowman/bell collection. You may have noticed some plastic trees lurking in the background. They are pretty cool trees and I decided to share them before they went into the storage bins for the year.
They are about 10 inches tall and are made of plastic. This is what the boxes look like if you are lucky enough to come by one in the original box.
Yesterday's snow made the perfect photo opportunity for these trees. They have vintage glass garland on the end of each branch (original to the trees).
The beauty of these trees is they come apart for easy storage each year.
I don't pass these by when I find them at estate sales. See if you can find your own little forest this year....
ooh.. I will definitely have to find a few of these. question: how did you attach the garland beads on the branch tips?

Hi,
I found two trees on is 19.99 but bidding is not finished and one is 36.00 with bidding still going strong. What do you think is a reasonable price with the box?

I don't think I've ever seen any of these, because I'm sure I would have grabbed them if I did. I love that first picture. I think it would make a great Christmas card!

Leave it to you -- Our Lady of All Things Vintage -- to have not one BUT four of something that I have never seen before. I'll be on the lookout for them now. Happy New Year, Laurie.

I have one of these in the green box like yours...every year it was on display with my vintage Christmas. Then one day, my husband said, "have you ever thought of taking the actual tree out of the box and displaying it?" Ha ha, I love packaging so much I often forget that there is another goody lurking within! Happy New Year!

I'm sitting here before sunup on a freezing cold morning just surfing the web for blogs. The beautiful pics in yours helped warm my heart even if my feet are half frozen. I've never seen these trees before, but you can believe I will be looking for them!
