Linda @ A La Carte

Oh those polka dots are so cute! I love the silverware like this but they are not for 'fine dining' LOL but great for parties like you said and outdoor eating. I have a few solids but no patterns....YET!

LOVE your collection! Im going to be keeping my eyes open to start my own!
thanks for sharing.

I LOVE those turquoise & white polka dots! My daughters would flip over those! Guess I'd better get out & start searching!

What a fun idea for a collection--thanks for sharing!

Hope you're having a wonderful night!

I found one lone pink and white gingham fork at the thrift not long ago. I keep thinking I will happen onto a few more here and there, but no such luck yet. I may have to actually buy RETAIL (*Shudder*) and get some. I have blue Fiestaware dishes and love a pop of pink in my glassware and silverware.

Every time you post about your awesome collections I ALWAYS wonder: where does she store it all!!!! I love flatware and dishes, anything for a cool summer table. Love the turquoise and white polka dots too.

Wouldn't you love to see a table set with this collection on a vintage 1940's or 1950's tablecloth? So retro funky, Dianne

OH I am totally loving all the colors in your stash..what fun..they would certainly make me smile too.:)

How fun! Perfect for summer picnics and BBQs. I need to keep a lookout for some fun flatware!
Thank you for the tip!

Mimi Sue

I saw them at Home Goods and I almost bought a set. Our HG had lime green and orange too. Love your collection. So festive! Mimi

Oh Laurie!
This is such a fun collection!!! I got the Target primary colors last year. They were originally a dollar a place setting, I got 8...then they had some half price, I got 8 more! So for 12.00 I got 16 place sets...they look fun with my Fiesta! I will have to keep my eyes peeled. I don't have a Home Goods real close to where I live ( Thank Goodness!) I love the plaids and the polka dots! :)

Laurie - what fun!! You know how I love turquoise - and this is such a fun collection - would go great with my collection of tin picnic plates - I have mixed and matched them over the years. I'm on the lookout now - you've inspired me again.

Mermaid Debbie

I love them! I have always loved this kind of flatware and do have red and blue. Your new ones are amazing! That is my favorite color right now. I just painted a bunch of things in my studio that color and plan to paint my pantry in it as well. I need those! Thanks for the tips! Are you coming to The Farm Chicks this year? Would love to see you!

I can picture it now, all your blog followers hitting all the stores you mentioned today looking for your fabulous flatware! What fun!!
I so wish I could be one of them. They are all 2 hour drives from my neck of the woods. Guess this calls for a Saturday road trip!
Maybe some vintage finds along the way!!

I saw those exact polka dots at Homegoods a couple of weeks ago, and BOY, was I ever tempted! They are the perfect addition to your collection!

OH I am soooo going to start my collection of flatware....I love the diffent patterns!!!

They are so cute!
