The calendars are wonderful! Would love to see the illustration for July 1955-my birthday. Glad you had a profitable weekend.

I love those calendars-- so cute!

I swear the garage sale gods put you in sync for these garage sales...:)

i love everything!
you surely do have an eye for seeing the unique!

... and seeing the beauty in something as simple as vintage tissue paper.

you are the best and if we lived closer... we'd lock arms and go thrifting together!

Ditto JACKPOT day indeed!!

Jill at buckscountyfolkart.blogspot.com

So much fun!!! I scored at our Community Yard Sale yesterday too! Mostly stuff for the kids, but I got myself a vintage Alpine Village set! I think I'll blog about it too!

It's funny, a year ago, I would have looked at it and thought "Oh, those tacky 70s!" Now I look at it as nostalgic and just plain fun!!

Love all your goodies!

Linda @ A La Carte

Jackpot indeed!! Love that calendar and that Elf!! How cute is he! You do have the eye for finding the goodies!

Great Googley Moogley AGAIN!

Carol @ Old Glory Cottage

Looks like the estate sales were a fairyland of things YOU like so much! You must have been smiling from ear to ear, girlie! I did pretty good at the citywide garage sales and the flea market today, even though I got in a little fight over one thing. You can read all about it tomorrow!

Mimi Sue

WOW! You really did hit the jackpot! Love every little bit of it. Mimi

I have a Tiny Tawker poster (Tiny Tawker says: Take Home a Quart of Tri-City Dairies "Grade A" Milk.) printed out of Mpls. so Tiny Tawker must have been popular throughout the US (I'm in IL). I also have two of the kiddie chairs like you just got. Can't tell if yours still has the sticker on it but mine are branded as Jack and Jill chairs. I wish I still lived in Portland, I can't believe the stuff you haul home!

My Shabby Roses

I thought about you yesterday! I was at Vicki's sale at 9:15 and the things I saw that you would have liked. I hope you made it to her sale. Times like that I need your phone # so I can say, "Laurie get over here!!!" It looks like you did pretty good though!

Jessica - Domestic PDX

Wow! Super score!

Woo-hoo! At first I thought you said you found a vintage Baby Ruth candy bar (missed the word "box") and I was worried.

Into Vintage

It's fascinating to see the types of things you buy - you must have so many ideas swirling around that involve all these little treasures. Way to go, Jackpot Ethel! -amy

O.M.G. I've been scouring Ebay for prize ribbons but they are a fortune! Ever feel like selling or trading, hollar at me!

Oh, and I have really cute paper coasters that match the "Let's have another Cup of Coffee" napkins you found. If you'd like them, I'll send them your way. No clue what i would do with them! :) Let me know and I'll drop them in the mail. I have a LOT of stamps. ;)

Awesome finds as always! I wish I could figure out what that letter D in your title is, Ive said it before, but I had some of those when I was a kid (probably my moms stuff).

Kathy Groove Cloth

Oh that fabric! GAH!!!
