Last week I got one of the pixie kits from the The Polka Dot Pixie. Jenny had mentioned them on her blog and we ended up doing a trade for one of her kits.
It comes with an unpainted paper clay figure that she makes, crepe paper for the skirt, paper wings, tiny flowers, glitter and some ribbon,..I was excited to get painting and make this little pixie.
I took some creative liberty and added some of my own touches..but that is what makes things special. I love how she turned out.
I could just see this little pixie flitting about in my garden.
Dancing among my blue hydrangeas...
Thanks for the little pixie kit Jenny and for a new project to keep me busy this past weekend. Was a nice creative change for me!

Photographed in front of the hydrangeas! Too cute. Especially the first picture... it makes her look so tiny. Maybe you should frame the picture for your studio.
