Those simple arrangements are the best. I love gooseneck loosestrife. I don't mind invasive - it's less grass to cut.

Kathy

So pretty! And love your garden as well. I'd like to hear what else you have planted in there. I have a spot I pretend is a cutting garden but it never quite lives up to my expectation. We live in the same city so maybe I can take my queue from you on what will do well here.

Lynn

Just stunning - makes me smile too.

Tamera @ The Stone Fence Cottage

love the vase--I may have to copy the idea on a thrifted vase!! your cutting garden is awesome!!

Crystal

So pretty!! I think I would have been hard pressed to pass that vase up too! :)

Linda @ A La Carte

I love the flowers and the sweet vase. I think next year I will plant a cutting garden.

Cindy

I am always so jealous of you Northeners getting to grow Dahlias and Peony's!!They wouldn't last 2seconds in this southern heat. I love the vase..this will be great as you get older..I am convinced I will need to lable everything..lol

Hugs..Cindy Rick-Rack and Gingham

Gina

you are so right..I am happy looking at your flowers too..what a wonderful cutting garden..need to plant more for my garden..so I can cut to my hearts content;)

Angela

Made me smile!! I'm not familiar with loosestrife, but I think I'll check it out and see if it will grow in Texas.

That vase is a great find! And I've spent alot of the summer yanking my gooseneck loosestrife. It took a few years, but boy did it take over this summer. It is a fantastic looking flower though!
