Into Vintage

We'll never know for sure but I think if Wilda could have chosen who her crafty things would go to, she would have chosen you.

Those little oblong heads are hysterical. Your blog is like a big crafty museum.

Elma

Wonderful treasures!! I also love the oblong heads:) Can't wait to see what you do with those! And I LOVE all your creations and can't wait to get my new holloween cat!!

I too just love that name you should make one of your little people and name it wilda appleman.
This was truly a huge hall for you and will keep you in supplies for a long time.

Linda @ A La Carte

I still can't believe all that you found in that basement. I agree she would be happy her crafting supplies found a home with you!

Jill

Good ol' Wilda... her crafty treasures couldn't have found a better home.
Okay, that patterned rick rack is the bomb... so cute. The owl, those little oblong heads-- so great!!!
I can't wait to see what you create with all this wonderful crafty goodness. I know you will make Wilda proud :)
Hugs,
Jill

Maybe Wilda Appleman was the Magpie Ethel of her time?! Wouldn't you just love to see the things that she made? That clicker is a great find. I've been trying to win one of those on Ebay, at my price, for weeks now, so lucky you! Those birdcages are pretty awesome too!

Lisa

I would love to know what the little doll you saved meant to Wilda? Was it hers or maybe her daughters? I would like to see her when you get her all spruced up.

I agree with Acorn Hollow, I think Wilda deserves a spun head doll with her name on it. I think this haul is going to be hard to beat!!

barbara

If you want to make a cool label sign like Wilda's, just let me know - I have an extra label maker. (But I cannot, cannot imagine that you don't have maybe 20 of them already.) Even the extra bobs and bits in this post would have made for a great sale. Loving that owl - and the Halloween clicker!

Ruth

Wow you got some great finds!
Love the silver bells and the printed rick rack and the buckles and...... :)

Kathy Groove Cloth

The buckles!!! Very nice!
