Love it, what a new and fresh (in a Halloween kind of way)idea!

BUT I think you need to dress up as Mary Poppins (in a Halloween kind of way) and hand out candy!!

Trick or Treat :)


Silly me... I usually throw out umbrellas when they get to looking like these!
If you ever find a white one, some torn strips of white fabics tied to the ribs might be kinda ghostly.
Your porch looks great -- probably even better when it's a little darker and the lights show up better. Spooky

I think I'll be going the "natural" route this year and just leave the existing cobwebs and dried leaves on the porch. (But maybe if I added a tattered umbrella or two, it would look deliberate!) Great idea!
