One of my blog-readers Marci, knows that I have a thing for honeycomb paper. She emailed me and told me she had popped one that she had found recently in the mail to me...
About 12 inches in length and stamped "Made in Japan".
The cutest little chick peeking out of a honeycomb egg. I haven't seen one like this before and it will be a welcome addition to my collection!
Hi Laurie! Your chenille stem post still has me giggling. Doesn't it make you wonder if women in those days went "Ooohhh! I can't wait to wear jewelry made from my pipe cleaners! Not to mention the thrill of plugging in your just finished lamp. Priceless! This post will be remembered during my long work day ahead! Elizabeth

That is just adorable, and I'm sure your home is the perfect place for it. I've never seen one like that, either, but then, honeycomb bells and hearts are about the only things I have seen. Very nice of Marci to send it to you!
