I really love the window in your kitchen above your sink, I had one in my previous home and loved standing doing dishes and watching the deer, snow, kids playing and the changing of the seasons. Now I look into a wall, it drives me crazy.

The white garland with antique ornaments is gorgeous. You have such a knack for display.
I wish I had saved a few of those Can'd Ice cans. Of course, they are cute. Why didn't I see that instead of the rusty, leaky cans I threw in the trash?

I just love the way you decorate for the holidays, Laurie! You use such unique things, like those Can'd Ice cans. So much fun!

That white garland is so pretty! I've been wanting a white tree to show off my vintage ornaments, but no room for another one. You've given me an idea for next year! Now, to hope I can find some white garland on post-Christmas clearance...

Sure enjoy seeing your home all decorated for Christmas!
Awesome Can'd Ice!! Haven't seen anything like that before!
Warmest Christmas wishes.

Musings from Kim K.

I've been anxious for this post. It's always so much fun to see your holiday displays. Your vintage tree collection is just divine and that garland above your doorway is brilliant. Bring on more home tour posts!

Wow...you weren't kidding when you said you had a huge collection of vintage trees! Love the way you displayed them. They look so cute on your window covering too!
Leave it to you to find the coolest spots to decorate :-)
Thanks for sharing Snippets #6
I might do a little re-arranging with my trees now!

Laurie, I just cannot believe the amount of decorating you do in your home. Kudos to you!!! I know your family and friends gotta just love it.

Oh so pretty! Isn't it fun to see all the different decorations on the blogs this time of year?! I just love it and I shall not cov-et! :)

Into Vintage

Can'd Ice! What will they think of next? :-) Every little nook and cranny is so charming. I love that little glimpse all the way back into the kitchen in your first pic -- vintage Christmas as far as the eye can see!

PS Thank you for the shout out. Merry Christmas!

Love, love, love it all!

I have to ask, what exactly was canned ice used for? I have never seen it before! Thanks for showing more of your home all decked out in vintage finery. Can't wait for more!

Sharing all the smiles. Just a happy home indeed! I can smell the Christmas cookies from here...Merry Christmas...Renee

Where do I start? I love it all! That garland is stunning, and I love the Christmas tree groupings, and I love your kitchen window! I've decorated my kitchen window also. I can't believe how far behind I am in visiting-- your Christmas theme posts are so great! It's been so much fun to see what you've been up to.
