With St. Patty's day approaching this next weekend, I thought it timely to show my collection for that holiday. I think everything I have is estate sale found and has been picked up over the past few years. I decorate for the holiday and I do have some Irish blood in me!
A trio of leprechaun figures, all found individually.
Love the red hair and freckles. They each carry a pipe.
An assortment of cardboard figures. The one on the left with the Santa beard was newly found this past weekend. I did not realize he was in my pile of goodies until I got home..then he magically appeared!
St. Patrick's Day party hats
This is my favorite of the hats.
This foil hat I believe to be a candy container. The top comes off and it is hollow inside.
Vintage Erin Go Bragh Shamrocks. The phrase means "Ireland forever" in Gaelic.
Pipes are quite the symbol for the day. I think these may be vases?
One is Relpo and the other has what I believe is the original ten cent price on the bottom.
Since I do quite a bit of St. Patty's day crafting I have also picked up quite a few smaller items with the pipe motif.
I don't think I have ever mailed a St. Patty's day card to anyone. Evidently it was a popular thing to do at one point. I have a good assortment of them.
Shamrocks made out of bump chenille were quite popular. These are all vintage and found at various sales.
I have quite an assortment of vintage stickers and seals. The bottom right cards are place cards, when you fold them the shamrock pops up.
Darling, darling designs.
If you see me out and about on St. Patty's Day I may be wearing my vintage corsage. I also will be wearing green so don't even try and pinch me!
A fun green holiday collection! If you have an idea for a future collection challenge, leave me a comment and finish the sentence, "show me your collection of _____." Always something new to uncover from my stash.
In case you are curious, all my holiday goodies live in one spot for St. Patty's Day on top of my china hutch.
Wow.....I've never seen any vintage St.Patty's stuff down here like what you have!
Thanks for adding to my collection too.I consider it a collection since I have 4 things now LOL. I'll have to keep my eyes open for more.I think I have all the holidays covered now!
Love the stickers and corsage. No wonder the little leprechaun hid in your stash :-)
Happy St.Patty's Day early to you!

What a super St. Patty's day collection. Your cards are delightful. I especially love those Scottie dogs. Have fun wearing your gorgeous corsage! I think Miss Josie might even attempt a jig with her Irish cousins this weekend.

This was a great post - lots of things I have never seen before and I didn't even know that phrase meant Ireland Forever. It's never too late to learn something new. Thank you for sharing!

This is one holiday where I could definitely stand to make more vintage additions to. LOVE your collection, and I was so sure that you had made those leprechauns. They've definitely got a Magpie Ethel look to them!
