I hit at least a couple sales each day on Thursday, Friday and Saturday of this weekend. There were 27 sales listed on our local estate sale website. That does not include Craig's List or the newspaper! It is the season for them!
Small ornaments, gift ribbon, an Easter rabbit, a plastic snowman, two naked dolls (they will resurface next Fourth of July I think), vintage birthday candles, glitter and a paint box.
I did well on boxes of Christmas ornaments with 8 total. (not as well as Barbara thought...drats).
Anagram letters and plastic flowers for crafting.
A great jar with a morning glory design (bonus that it came with a lid), tin baking cups and a kangaroo squeaky toy.
A tulip design Fire King bowl and a milk glass fruit jar.
I really like this old light shade that I got with the bird motif.
A chalk ware horse lamp, a trio of pastel colored pots and some crepe paper flowers.
Metal flower candlesticks, a roly poly plastic clown and some old slide mounts.
very nice! i didn't go to any sales this weekend, since we're doing the big long yard sale next weekend.

I don't recall finding an awesome tulip Fire King bowl ... and I am pretty sure overall you are in the lead when it comes to finding ornaments! (Once again - our friendship benefits in at least one respect from being on opposite coasts!)

I'm hopping for you.Still trying to get my eyes to focus.....Looks like Christmas in your pics!I do have a smile on my face though.
I had to scroll up and down to see your haul.Love those glass containers. What's the pink clown in the background? My eyes drifted over to him.
Thanks for sharing and have a great day.....Need my coffee now :-)

It has dawned on me that I would love to have you as a personal picker. Nothing you pick would go back. I seem to always love everything right down to that winking bunny. Glad to see you score so well. Enjoy it all...smiles..Renee

Oh Laurie, what a haul! The picking gods were not on my side at all this weekend. I only had time for two estate sales and ,try as I might, only managed to spend $5. I even lost out on two eBay auctions. Told the husband I am trying as hard as I can to spend money today but just not having any luck - ha ha!

oh my goodness!! You are in vintage heaven out there!! I so wished the south had estate sales like that!! Most of the time people will either have yard sales or an estate auction where the stuff is already boxed up in lots and you bid on a box of stuff, you may only want 1 thing in the box but you have to take it all!! If you ever find doxie items please get them and I will gladly pay you for them and your time for shopping too!! Have a wonderful week! Have you started creating for Halloween yet?
hugs,
Lynn
