What a fun thing! I can't wait to see what you post about it...I love hearing the history and back stories of a person's treasures. =D

How cool! Have a blast! Say "hi" to Wes Cowan for me!!

have fun! i can't wait to read about it! my dad LOVES that show and when they did an event here he took a few things. it wasn't a show taping, just an appraisal fair, but he had a great time!

I won tickets to the Antiques Roadshow a few years ago when they were in San Jose. Did not have anything that enabled me to quit my day job but it was so much fun!! I shocked at how small the set was, it looks so much bigger on TV. You will have a great time!!

Best chris

Lucky you and mom! Have a safe trip and we will look forward to details.

Have a great time! I don't think I have a million-dollar treasure (just a million $1 treasures, more like it...) Looking forward to hearing all about it.

I'm with Barbara... more like a million $1 treasures!
Have a safe trip and have fun - can't wait to hear all about it!

How fun! I can't wait to hear how it goes.

Hoop T Doo for you! What a fun road trip! Can't wait to see what you SHOW them!

I also put in for tickets this year and won. My mom and I were going to go. I say "were" because, stupid me, I applied to the show in South Dakota thinking it was in Sioux Falls (about a 3 hour drive from me). Turns out it was actually in Rapid City (a 10 hour drive) whoops. In the end we decided it was too far to drive. Anyway, hope you have a great time and get great appraisals on your treasures!

Good luck my friend I hope you and your mom have a great time together.

Have a great time!! Sounds fun! xo Heather

Have a great time - can't wait to hear how it went! When they were going to be in my neck of the woods a few years back I put my name in to get tickets but didn't get any.

My sister did, though, and took my mom - and of course they took along some items to be appraised. My mom's things had some value, but my sister's "antiques" didn't at all.

And wouldn't you know it, I was going to take a particular item that I'm pretty sure was worth more than what my mom had brought. But that's how it goes.

Oh this is going to be fun...our family is in from Portland and excited that they missed the heat! Smiles...Renee
