Still slim pickings in estate sale land. I hit one sale this morning. I gathered a bunch of tiny items and kept dropping them, so I picked up an empty box and filled it with my little finds. The baby rattle and the heart covered hankie were easy to hold onto.
Evidently I had Easter on my mind this morning. The three larger bunnies will be part of my Easter collection and the smaller ones will be used for crafting. The pink bunny is a baby rattle and makes a heck of a lot of noise when shaken.
A teeny bit of vintage Christmas.
A vintage doll with hair that is no more. She definitely needs a little Magpie Ethel magic...no doubt about that! She has a darling face tho.
Quick in and out at the sale, but happy to find a tiny box of goodies. After I unloaded the box, I finally flipped it over and noticed it was a gem. I will display it with my vintage candy boxes.
Small(for you)but still a lucky find! Esp when you flipped the box over too. That doll's probably happy you found her since she's going to get the "Magpie Ethel" makeover :-)
Thanks for sharing.
Have a great weekend!

That doll definitely needed to be rescued. Love your sweet bunny finds. I'm home from CNY party decorating obligations. A full day of stress. Glad it's done, even if Josie didn't get to enjoy it.

A little bit is better than nothing at all. Love the bunnies and the candy box. I just got my Chocolate Covered Cherry boxes out yesterday. I love the boxes, but hate the cherries. :O

I read the ads this morning and took a walk instead of junking. Glad you found a few things. Love the doll -- I know you will pretty her up.

I never see estates sales around here, but I noticed a sign up down the road at an old house that said "estate sale feb 15th" so, I think I'll try to stop there. maybe I'll get lucky!
your finds are adorable!
happy sunday

I hit one sale plus The Bins plus a thrift store I hadn't noticed before. Funny because I bought two dolls at The Bins. I am deffinately not a doll person but they had a certain sort of "creepy" look that appealed to me - sort of like your chemo-hair doll. I am sure you will turn her into something fab! Mine on the other hand will just sit there in their naked creepiness - LOL!

i like the kind of creepy yellow rabbit/kid!
one of the sale companies around town is starting to ban baskets, so i have to hold all my little stuff and I hate it! I like to have a spot to make a pile.

Given the current yard sale/estate sale dry spell out in my neck of the woods, I'll take a small haul like this any day!

Love the teenie tiny bunnies! Glad you could find something at least. I guess not every trip can end up with a boatload of treasure... just like thrift stores; sometimes I come out empty handed, then sometimes I can barely carry my haul. You just never know.
BTW, I thought of you last week; I found an old Noma Santa riding a Reindeer that reminded me of your collection... of course I brought them home! See, you are an enabler alright! ;)
