Only a few sale to choose from this weekend. I hit two today. One dud, one decent.
Happy to find a blow up Santa to add to my collection. Unfortunately, he has a hole and I need to see if I can patch him up.
A family of assorted holiday figures. I was happy to find a couple of spun heads as well. A bag of smaller Christmas ornaments, including a pair of pine-cone ornaments and a few unusual shaped ornaments in the bunch.
Random doo-dads were also in the bag of ornaments. The little red plastic cowboy charm is about the size of a penny.
A vintage paint box for my collection, a plastic bunny (missing the original cart) and a fuzzy chick. A tiny cotton owl is perched on the paint box.
I liked this giveaway from an Optometrist. A pack of treated tissues to clean your glasses with a great holiday graphic.
No giant haul but enough estate sale goodies to keep me happy and chomping for a good sale. I thought it funny that last week I found a plastic bunny and this week I found a plastic Santa in almost the same pose and style. Here they are giving you a blogland wave and a wish for a happy day!
Glad you got enough to tide you over until you hit another mother lode of a sale! I would be thrilled to find what you did today.I'm still amazed at how much seasonal stuff you find year round.
Have a great weekend!

You can use bicycle tire patches to fix it. If you have a red plastic item you can cut the patch from it and use the innertube patching glue with it. It works perfectly. If you use the bike patches it will be a black patch on it.

The estate sale gods were smiling at you. We haven't had any sales in weeks around here. Must be a snow thing. I always enjoy living through you on the sales. Can't wait to see what you have in store with Easter this year.

I NEVER. I repeat, NEVER find such old goodies like you do here. I was told it's probably because around here, lots of professionals will clear out an estate sale first (they offer the seller more up front) and then we're left with the rest. : (
Glad I can live vicariously through you!

The Spun Head Whisperer scores again! Typical for me, I like the oddities and I love the one in the upper right in the second picture. I suppose it is someone's idea of Santa but my eyes read wizard.

Too cute Laurie! What exactly are "spun heads"? I need a history lesson - I had never heard of them before coming here. They are so adorable. I have read all your collection posts; I think I need to go back into your archives and see if you posted on their history... if you haven't, I would love to read more about them!
I love the paint tin too! Great additions to a few of your collections!

I just love to see your loot! I think I had a paint set like that one - it sure did look familiar. I am so happy these sweet treasures found a home with you.

The bag of little Christmas ornaments is a score -- getting so hard to find those small ones. I don't think I've ever seen the tiny barrel-shaped ones before. A big ye-haw for the cowboy!
