My feet should be in Texas walking the fields of vintage goodies at this point in time at the Round Top show. Before I hopped on the plane bright and early Monday morning this is what my bathroom looked like.
I am happy to report that last week the tub arrived Monday morning. I had a plumber on Monday as well. An electrician on Tuesday. An inspector on Wednesday who was quickly followed by a drywall fellow who worked till Friday.
Walls make such a difference.
My arch is evened out and looks awesome.
I am hoping while i am gone the room will be painted and tile will be started on the floor and for the wainscoting.
I would love it if I return from Texas to find a pink bow on the door and the whole room miraculously finished. I know that is not going to happen, but a girl can hope. Thrilled with the progress that has been made.
You are so awesome to set up posts while you're away for your followers :-)Bathroom looks great already before you even put your touches on it!Sounds like the construction part is going to be really close to being all done by the time you come back at least.
Hope you're having a wonderful time and you find lots of goodies to bring back with you! Can't wait for Texas posts when you come back.

Here you are having fun in Texas and then you get to come home to your bathroom and find it partly completed!! I think that is a bonus. Hope you are having perfect weather!

The little windows and the arch are both swoon worthy! I bet it will be just perfect when completed.
Hope Texas is everything you thought it would be!

Can't wait til it's time for you to decorate this bathroom! Last week we pulled up the old floor in our bathroom and put down a new one and installed a new toilet. Quite an adventure, considering it's the only bathroom in the house!
