Great beachy theme! What is the white metal thing on the coffee table with the three little fish and what looks like gears underneath?
I had no idea one could find so many sand dollars at once. I am amazed! The kids look so young in the picture :>)

I love all your beachy decor Laurie! So cute! Your beach story is similar to mine last year. We went to Pismo beach and found 40+ sand dollars...it was so much fun! I am going to try to make ornaments out of some of them this year for gifts. karen...

Those tiny flip flops are beyond adorable! You have such a knack for display. Always fun to see.

Wonderful collection of vintage beach toys. I have never seen one in all my years of yard sales. You have the gift! What did you do with the sand dollars?

Yes, I agree someday a beach house... Meanwhile, your beachy decorations are wonderful!

What a fun gathering of great finds! You really know how to pull it all together. Makes me want to go find some yard sales right now!

What fun decorating! The "Mermaid Wanted" sign is really neat! Never thought of decorating with those old Walter Foster art books-- cool idea!

Ha! I'm laughing at your older post about collecting hundreds of sand dollars......we had the same experience one year down there....hundreds of sand dollars, all unbroken!
They reside in a ginormous glass jar in my bathroom but sometimes I do move that heavy jar around.

After I've eaten my spinach!

Love your kitschy beach finds.

Musings from Kim K.

Love your decor. In fact, you've inspired me to get my summer decor switched over on my living room mantle. I've only got 2 sand pails in my collection. Chris came home with the 2nd one from an estate sale Friday. I hope your vacation was a lovely respite!

I love a beachy theme! That's what I've got going on now too...minus all the fabulous vintage finds that you have! I love those fish baby rattles. so unique!
Hope you're enjoying your weekend,
Erica :)

Everything is so cute, but those baby fish rattles are just adorable!
Have a great beach week-end,

I can't even bring myself to pack away all of my 4th of July decorations and you are putting out beach themed decorations?! Show off:-)

Love that little pump. Did you find that at an estate sale?

Hope you are enjoying your cooler weather. We are actually in San Francisco right now and it's 63 degrees and windy. A little too cold for me:-)

Dawn @ We Call It Junkin

All cute stuff, but that tin pump is especially cool.

Oh the beach, how I long for sand and water! Those sand pails are so stinking cute, and the little flip flops - so cool.

Oh how I wish I still had my beach toys from the 60s... your pails so remind me of those days! LOVE the fishy vignettes in the glass containers with the shells and coral. So pretty!
