Santas are more than ready to spread some holiday cheer at my house.
I am chomping at the bit to get my house decorated for the holidays. The lack of the week between Thanksgiving and December this year has really put the pressure on. I still have two more shows and holiday parties scheduled here. I also have one more round of holiday Etsy to go.
I need to deal with this pile of inventory in the living room first.
Musical piles here. Inventory was in Ben and Kate's room prior to Thanksgiving. Inventory moved to living room so they could have their rooms back for their visit. Kids back to college on Sunday and inventory back to their rooms. THEN the decorating can begin!
yikes! lol! loving those little putz houses! I finished the kitchen yesterday and started the living room last night. now, If I would get off the computer, I might actually make some progress!
have a great weekend
xoxo

Can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve in the decorating department this year! I worked until 3:00 yesterday then told myself it was okay to stop. I don't have to do it ALL IN ONE DAY! I am waiting for it to get light out so I can start again! It's such and exciting time of year :-)

I understand losing those 6 days! Our annual Gingerbread house party is next Sunday and I have not even started on baking 20 houses!! Can't wait to see your place decorated!!,

I can't wait to see your decorations. It does seem like the mad dash with such a late Thanksgiving. I think a few Christmas tubs will be making an appearance later today at our house. Best wishes and enjoy those kiddos a few more days.

Hi, Laurie!
Wowza! Love all those Putz houses!
The lack of week in between is what prompted me to start BEFORE Thanksgiving this year!
so I guess next year it will be early? I hope so! ♥

WOW!!!
I sure loved clicking onto your blog and seeing all those Santa faces staring at me! I have 3 Santa faces and it looks like you have one of the same. If anyone can pull things together under pressure, it has to be you!!
I'm chomping at the bit just waiting for you to post pics of your house all decked out. It's like when I used to wait for the Mary Engelbreit magazines to come in the mail!
PS....I'm almost done with the decorating this year. I have to do the front window and porch and maybe another tree or two LOL
I sure do love this time of the year :-)

I' glad to see that I am not the only one moving this from one room to another. My holiday tubs are in the living room, but I haven't started putting it out yet. It feels like we are in CRUNCH time without that extra week! I should have started Monday, but I think DH would have slaughtered me.
We are off for parade #2 of the season. 'Tis the season!

I'm exited to see your decor this year! I always love the fun ways you display your amazing collections! That photo of Christmas cottages is so fab! I just want to grab them all and run! haha! And the Santa heads are pretty darn adorable, too!

Egads, looked like my house a couple of weeks ago. You should be getting a package soon, let me know when it gets there and thank you again for all your support.
Hugs,

Looks like a magical place with all that Christmas cheer - are you sure you don't live at the North Pole? Those Putz houses are so cool all lined up like that. I decorated today except for the tree which will be done when daughter comes by to bake cookies tomorrow. Your adorable deer arrived just in time to join in on the fun! Happy Weekend Laurie!

I think I just drooled on myself when I saw all thoses Putz houses! Haha! I for one would love to see all your holiday tins. I have only one and just realized this morning that I could display the lid from it on the wall like a piece of art. Now I wanna find some more! Happy Holidays!
