Gorgeous collection. I love that little snowman, too!

Hah! I LOVE the red Season's Greetings one too! How awesome would it be to wear? I would wear it too - yes, I have a collection of ties (bow and long) that I used to wear a lot at work! I would always get compliments on them... who says ties are just for guys anyway?

How fun. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Dawn @ We Call It Junkin

Hi Laurie, I've been reading your blog a long time, since before I started my own, in fact. I started a weekly link-up a few weeks ago called We Call It Olde, and wanted to invite you. I don't know whether you ever do link-ups (parties) but if you do, any of your posts would be ideal, its for vintage/ antiques / history. I love how you photographed the bow ties on the newspaper backgrounds, makes for great photos. Take care -Dawn @ www.wecallitjunkin.com

Love that big butterfly tie and the ad for "odd pants" - lol!

I kind of thought my challenge might stump you...what was I thinking. :-)
They're all adorable, but I think that little red Christmas one would make a really cute hair accessory. Oooo, or clip it to a pearl necklace for a holiday party. Cute!

How funny that even though I was loving the vintage bowties, I was really intrigued by the newspaper in the background. Then you go and mention where you got it. Thanks for reading my mind!

I think you should wear those cute bowties. Everyday. Add your silly vintage glasses and make it your signature style. What do you think?

I'd wear that xmas bowtie and I'm not a fellow!!!

I agree with Erica. I think you need to model a few bow ties. PS. Your snowman is adorable!!

What's not to love!?
Bow ties-vintage ads-Lawrence, Kansas=perfection!!!
I too think you should find a way to wear the holiday tie...so cute!

Love them all and I would also love you to model them! So fun! Happy Thanksgiving to you! xo Heather
