I found three new items which added to the charm of Snowman land this year. First, I found a giant snowman head in Round Top, Texas when Amy and I made that trip earlier this year. Second, I found a fabulous Season's Greetings sign (which needed repairs). Third, I found a great big turquoise striped candy tin at Plucky Maidens. Snowman land is better than ever!
Most of the snowman are vintage. There are I think about 4 that are new but made to look vintage. I seem to add a few new characters each year.
This large striped candy tin was perfect for this holiday scene. I also used some other vintage candy containers to add height and fun to the display. The snowman with the blue hat is a light up fellow.
A pair of white vintage trees are perfect here. The snowman ornaments I do have seem to pop off that white.
I think if I was a vintage snowman this is where I would want to live!
I think your snowmen need to come visit my snowmen and have a winter party! Love your collection. That season's greetings sign is fabulous!

Yeah, I agree with you. If I were a snowman, I'd be living there too! Love the big snowman you got at Round Top! I sure do enjoy your displays. Can't wait for more pics of your festive looking house. Thanks for the smile on my face this morning :-)

Snowmen are my "thing" so this all speaks to me! The giant snowman you found in Texas is neat - and creepy - at the same time! And I love it!

If I were a clown, out of all the snowmen you have, I would have to have the the round-top snowman because the nose would remind me of home the most. Great display and a wonderful find at round-top. I can't believe how fast the week is flying by and I still have so much to do. Holiday Cheer to you.

I would have bought that tin had I seen it! Dang Brian for slowing me down:-) Your giant snowman head looks right at home with his new family. Very similar to the snowman cup I bought from you last weekend that Hanna says scares the crap out of her.
Happy Holidays!

That is one big ol' army of snowmen! Very cute collection! The one hanging up on the wall is awesome! I'm kind of in love with snowmen right now. I found some great ones at an estate sale this weekend. Something about their smiling faces and tops hats makes me happy.
You sure have a lot of faces looking at you this time of year! : )
