Major score on the wrapping paper rolls! I've been looking on EBay at them lately. Sooo expensive. What a fun batch this time!
Erica :)

I need to lay down. SO much good stuff. that chicken costume is just the best. THE BEST.

Oh good golly, you found the junk-O-rama!! Is that wallpaper headed to Etsy??

Sales like that just don't exist here on Long Island! I have never seen so much in one place! Congratulations!

Musings from Kim k.

That is the best way to start the new week with your blog and all this amazing eye candy. Love the vintage Halloween, and you are now the official queen of shelf paper. Those counting kittens book are so sweet. That fish wallpaper rocks. Love it all! Feeling spoiled seeing sneak peeks on Instagram.

Melissa's Antiques

I think this is one of your best hauls in awhile! Loving EVERYTHING you bought. Really loving the vintage wrapping paper and wallpaper samples! :)

Yowza! Looks like an antique booth's worth of stuff! No sales like that around me either. Makes my little hauls look horribly lame!

That's a weekend for the junking books!
Great finds! It all reminds me of my childhood! Have a great week! karen....

Rob and Monica

Wow! You did great! I especially love the die-cuts, the Halloween blow molds and the clown chalk! (Rob)

Su Gardner

Absolutely fabulous, makes me giddy looking at all of it. Happy for you.

So did you hear a big GASP come down south from you?
I need to go start my pot of coffee up!
Thanks for waking me up this morning without a cup of coffee!
I haven't even been on IG yet!!!
Love that chicken costume.

HOLY MOLY!!!!!! what a weekend! and here I thought you didn't get out to junk at all and only had your ebay win to tide you over!
I won't detail all the things I would have bought~suffice to say you did GREAT!!!!!!!

Holly-Cutie Pie Cottage

Woo-wee! Your hard work paid off! So many memorable items. ♥

Over the top with the chicken costume!! You really scored a load of goodies this weekend. I heard there were 40 something estate sales. How do you choose which ones to go see?

Oh wow, this post makes me so happy for you! Major score! I wish I could find a sale like the ones you find. Estate sales in my area are rare and if I find one, it's all 80's junk.

Into Vintage

Doozyville indeed! Incredible scores and that little chicken suit is just icing on the cake. What a find!

Lavender Dreams

What a haul! I love the children's things...especially the Old maid cards! Hugs, Diane

janet johnson

A Bambi shoe box? I'll bet that made you smile!

Are you going to use the chicken suit and your little boy mannequin head together?

Holy Smokes! What a haul - I had to scroll back up and go through the pictures a second time to gasp over everything again! I love the Old Maid cards, too - I think we all remember playing the game as kids! I was out of town this weekend - should have stayed home and hung out wherever you were!

You certainly SCORED at the estate sale! LOVE the shelf liner, Halloween and old games! NICE FINDS!

Beth Boothe

I could never find all that in a lifetime!!!!
What will you do with the Chicken Costume???
Just curious ;)

Omg! So many great finds indeed. I love so much of what you found, but my fave item is the Under the Sea wallpaper. It will look great in your (someday) beach house :)

lots of goodies! lol! you never cease to amaze!
happy tuesday!

Sheryl Remy

You were definitely up for the Queen of the Day award with all of those finds. You have the power of vintage radar. So happy for you.

I am in awe, especially over the wallpaper and the chicken costume!!! Mind boggling! I'd be so tempted to recreate those pers on Spoonflower.

Papers, not pers!

So many little things! I had to go over the photos three times to make sure I didn't miss anything. Love the Bambi shoebox. Were there shoes in it? And all those playing cards! Fun to sort, huh? If you ever decide to part with that German Shepherd tin, will you let me know? As you know from IG, I am a bit obsessed with those dogs :-)

I'm assuming you will be dressing up as a chicken for Halloween this year?

Wowzers! A huge haul indeed! A crepe paper costume - hope it didn't rain (or snow) on Halloween!

Love the Count the Kittens item and the Mountie!

And vintage Halloween is always a treat...

Wow I am constantly amazed at the amount you find. Do you take the Uhaul out every Saturday? Love it all.

OMG!!!!! What an amazing find or finds!! I am so in love with those little red, white, and blue bow ties!! You know me and my obsession for Americana and Patriotic!! I am also drooling over the box!!! I wish we had estate sales in my area, they do auctions around here!!! Have a blessed week!

Another happy day(s) for you! Thanks for the show and tell ;)

what can you say, amazing haul! so much to love but the costume is too precious!

Jessie Askinazi

I can't get over this jackpot! The vintage decals, Halloween goodies, everything is so incredibly beautiful- I am majorly jealous ;) But thanks for the great photos!

I giggled through every lovely pic of this post! I've seen lots of your other hauls, thinking "Oh my gosh! Estate sales in Oregon! Is that where all the grannies go to retire??" But this post, with the mermaids and the Meyercord, has me convinced that the Magpie Ethel has voodoo powers!!! :D
love, rosie
