I had fun with Halloween decorations once again. I tend to mix it up year to year and this year was no exception.
I bought this skinny terrarium the other day at an estate sale. I did not know what I would do with it at the time, but I found that my spiders fit quite nicely in it.
I love the big honeycomb spider...it is vintage. Most of the other spiders are new.
My child mannequin head got in the act with a pirate hat. He still has no name.
My owls live in the niche above my fireplace.
I found this cookie jar this year and he looks great with a vintage Halloween party hat.
Last year all my danglers hung from a Halloween tree. My collection has grown since last year so I used an old florist rack to hang them from.
I found this big bad wolf years ago in a free box at an estate sale. He was wet from the rain and tattered, but I liked his overalls and his orange and black colors. I added the little Boo pin to gussy him up.
All my blowmolds were tucked onto the top of my cabinet in the living room. Last year they lived on the front porch.
My skeletons all live in this spot. I shared it the other day on my skeleton collection challenge.
I had to turn my laptop back on to view your pics better! Love looking at your house all decorated for the holidays! I get so many ideas and inspirations from you. Love the party streamers hanging on your light fixture. Great idea with the aquarium and spiders! Love that owl cookie jar. You know I'm partial to the danglers and honeycomb. Like the skeletons all over your house. I think next year I need a full sized one for the porch. Can't wait to see more!
Thanks for sharing your wonderful house

It's just wonderful. All of it!!! Love how you used the fish tank for your spiders. I now to your vintage collections. I have a ton of Halloween but finding it at estate sales is nearly impossible. You are the queen of vintage Halloween.

That's such a great idea using the aquarium to hold spiders. I found only a couple of vintage items this year. At this rate my feature grandchildren will have to do the decorating for me.

Love how you displayed all those danglers! I have one witch and she is hanging on my front door. My youngest German Shepherd is scared of it!
See you tomorrow!

Fantastic! I love the honeycomb owl with black down the middle. And I love the danglers, especially the cats. The big bad Wolf is a prize. Looking forward to more.

The big bad wolf is a treasure. Love that you found him in a "free box". One man's trash...
(He could use a big black button on his pants/suspenders. A vintage button, of course) Still love the owl cookie jar.
Nice display.

Hi Laurie I've been turned off on my blog for awhile now. it was still there I just had it on private. I'm trying to post again now. Like all your Halloween stuff out. I realized it's snuck up on me and mine is not out yet. I'm slipping into this miminal phase now…not something you could do very easily lol…or want to for that matter. I think it's my age. I keep divesting myself of possessions I no longer want or need. Anything you want ask me I might have one to send you. Love Nan

I love the aquarium/terrarium for display. I have had my eye out for small ones, myself. I have a big shell collection on my patio and I am tired to trying to keep them clean so want to enclose them.
Love the hooty owl in the party hat!

Oh could get any sweeter!? I LOVE all of your halloween fun-ness! Its all too spooktacular! I adore the terrarium with the spiders.. and It just may have inspired me to do something similar.. I have a neat terrarium that would be perfect for that... now.. I just need some spiders. I do have a few that I made.. but I will surely be on the look out for some more for next year... if I can remember to do that!

Just love all the collections grouped together. The owl cookie jar is incredible! And I see the "other half" of your small owl set with witch hat - mine is amongst the Halloween decor in my kitchen this year!

I notice your little guy right away in the first picture. I'm shocked you haven't named him yet. I love the spiders in the aquarium, excellent idea. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful display ideas. And was loving your honeycomb dancers. I discovered that a lot of patience and a low heat iron can bring some bounce back into their step... http://vintage-halloween.blogspot.com/2014/12/halloween-cat-rescue.html
