Musings from Kim k.

Sitting at the airport and peeking at your blog. Love this project. Your husband did a fabulous job. Of course you would find runners at an estate sale. Perfect!!

Doreen

Way to go Tom! Guess we're lucky to have husbands who don't mind the "Honey Do" list. Looks great and it is brighter looking :-)I was also eyeballing the pretty flower plaques you have hanging on the wall!
Thanks for sharing that project :-)

Melissa

Way to "cut a rug" Tom!!! It's perfect!
I too am interested in the chalk ware because as you can imagine I too collect chalk ware! No surprise there! :o)
I love the colors on the old fruit and flowers. Have you found that many of the pieces will have a wedding date or anniversary date on the back? I'm a sucker for a good story behind a vintage item.
Waiting for your Halloween decorations to hit the blog!!!

Great choice for a runner. It makes a huge difference. I love that it's not from a big box store, but was found at an estate sale :)

Kathy

Big high-5 to Tom, it looks terrific!

Great job. Love the colorful runners. We redid our stairs and it was a job and a half, so hats off to Tom.
