I have a whole display of vintage snowman. They are made of a wide variety of materials. Today I decided those made of plastic would get their 15 minutes of fame.
Always fun to find them with the original price. 10 cents.
They certainly come in a wide variety of shapes and styles.
A tip of the hat from these old candy containers.
Small snowmen ornaments with loops for hanging molded into the plastic.
This pair are a little larger. The smaller fellow is a candy container. The larger fellow originally was lit. I have seen him holding a plastic tree or a bubble light. They both had pipes in their mouths originally, but those are often broken off over the years.
This jolly skier still lights up. I love the colored details of his outfit.
Not full snowman figures (and one is actually rubber not plastic), but who can resist these jolly faces?
If you have an idea for a future collection challenge leave me a comment and finish the sentence "Show me your collection of ___". I new collection every week. I think I will be humming the "Frosty the Snowman" tune today in my head!
I think a few of your snowmen might like to come visit my snowmen! Darling collection!
PS. I didn't wake up Josie to look at your front porch IG display last night, but I did show her first thing this morning. She loved it too!

The snowmen are cute but I especially love your trees. The red one is adorable!

All time favorite collection of yours, but then again, I have a special fondness for snowmen, especially vintage ones. Thanks for sharing!

I like to think the snowmen gave up the pipes when they realized how unhealthy it was. How else did they make it this long!
Something to think about.....

Seriously (and I mean this in the kindest way) how can one person have a collection of everything? I really want to be left on your front porch in a basket so you will have to take me in and let me live with you! I love your stuff!!! :)
