Kitchen snippets today. The kitchen windowsill always holds a holiday scene. This year it is my favorite Can'd Ice cans with the great snowman graphics mixed in with vintage snowman and forced paperwhites. Amy made the wonderful garland for me a few years ago.
I have my collection of vintage metal Christmas card boxes displayed on my kitchen countertops.
Last year my snowmen lived in my dining room and this year they wandered into the kitchen nook.
I even added two more after these photos were taken. This collection keeps growing.
That concludes the holiday tour this year. As it is the day after Christmas today I am probably in the midst of taking all my decorations down. Hope you had a wonderful holiday and looking forward to 2015. Happy day!
Your home looks fabulous!Everyone who visits your home must smile constantly because of how beautifully you decorate it. How long does it take you to take down and put away all of the Christmas items?

I am in love with your house and all of your fun things! 😍 I got a new toy from Santa so I'm playing with it now. There was an iPad Air under the tree so I must have been on the Nice List this year 😄 I'm sure you have a lot of your things taken down already! I'll be that way when the kids go back to school. Getting more coffee and going to take another tour of your house. Have a wonderful day!

I leave my things up until New Years Day then I start packing it up. I enjoy the week between Christmas and New Year's. Do you not have a lid for your Santa blowmold cookie jar? I used to have a spare around here......Happy Day after!

I just found one of those Christmas Card boxes, my first one ever. It's the one on the bottom of your stack. Pretty excited to find it. Your snowman land is dreamy.

I think I had the most fun decorating my kitchen. But it also took me the longest which is probably why I am on Day 2 of taking it all down. Love the window sill! I'm definitely going to jump on the Paperwhite bandwagon next year!
