Elves...those cute little fellows with big ears. This is one of those categories I don't collect for myself, but only for crafting. I search for elves year round and then craft with them during the holidays. I thought it may be fun to show how many varieties there are out there to hunt down. And there are still a bunch out there that I don't have.
I just hunted down this batch this past weekend.
Elves with big ears and cute grins.
These elves really look like they could get into mischief.
Elves in stumps
Elves in mushrooms.
Elves in shoes.
This fellow was a shaker with the holes in his head.
Elves on logs.
Elves that grant wishes.
Lots and lots of elves...so much variety.
I've had my little elf boxes on my blog before..but this is what I craft for the holidays. Little magical worlds...lots of glitter and vintage doodads.
If you have an idea for a a future collection challenge, leave me a comment and finish the sentence "Show me your collection of ___".
Off to hunt down more elves...
I am amazed at the variety you have found and the Ethel touch makes them just magical!

I love elves! I have several I've found thrifting and put out at Christmas. Your crafts with them are absolutely adorable!

I have quite the collection of elves too. It's crazy to me how many different ones there are out there! Hanna loves them too so whenever I find a duplicate, off to her it goes. Hopefully Norah isn't scared of them!
Hope you are having fun on you beach vacation!

You and Doreen really have the most outstanding elves collections. I'm trying to keep up with my own elf/pixie collection. I spy several I don't have in this cute post.

Elves are a rarity and quite expensive here in Tennessee. I never pass one by and only have a small collection. You are so lucky to be able to find so many in your junking trips!
