Christmas week. How did that happen? I will have a few posts up this week to share my holiday house craziness. I certainly love decorating for this season. I added one new blow mold Santas this year to the front yard. I try and not do duplicates. I never tire of my Santa front porch.
This is my new fellow. He came with a reindeer. I had no idea where I would put him and the bushes in the front of my house just support him.
He joins rest of the gang that decorate my front porch.
I did the aluminum tree in my front window again this year. I am so busy during December it is easier to pull it out of the box that go hunt down a fresh tree. I love the aluminum kind, but I miss the smell of a fresh cut tree.
My little Santas stand guard this year and gaze out the window.
Before we head inside, I decorated my driveway this year as well. I have a little neighbor gal who is almost 2 and exchanted with my house. I did this little scene for her so when their car pulls up, this greets her.
I also found these terrific SEASONS GREETINGS wood letters at and estate sale this summer. I paid $5 for the box. They fit perfectly across the trellis on my garage. Meant to be.
Time to head indoors. I usually tuck my store display stork away somewhere for the holidays. This year I gave hime some mercury glass garland bling and let him live by my aluminum tree.
My aluminum tree is decorated with only vintage ornaments. It really does sparkle and shine.
I have a big collection of vintage holiday boxes. I have never quite figured out how to display them so this year I tucked them under the table with my tree. I like all the vintage graphics peeking out.
Last but not least one of my favorite finds this year. If you follow me on Instagram you have already seen these. A trio of inflatable choir angels. Those sweet little faces!
More house snippets to come. If all goes according to plan I will have a post each day until Christmas Day. Tis the season...
Hi Laurie, Oh my! It's all so much fun! And can hardly wait to see the posts to come in the next few days. All that Christmas / holiday goodness, and all the vintage graphics on those boxes - it's just makes me feel all warm inside and I've got a big smile on my face. Best wishes to you and yours for a Very Merry Christmas! Jay

Your house has to be one of the most festive ones around! Just amazing!
They need to do a show or magazine spread on your house and studio!
I have so much fun looking on your blog 😄💕

I can only imagine the amount of thought and work you put in to your holiday decor. You are amazing!

I think your stork is quite festive and elegant. Good idea using the boxes too.

Your holiday collections really do need to be featured in a magazine again. It's all so amazing. Your stork is rather divine in your holiday bling.

I loved looking at these Christmas posts! I MUST find that clear plastic tree and for the same reason you use it - Bells! I have a ton of them and have searched and searched for this tree, but they're too expensive on the bay! How tall is yours? I have an extensive collection of Christmas and am amazed at how much alike our collections and displays are - but... I made a list of things to do for next year (garland from scraps, corral trees in card boxes, photocopy my cards, and FIND some cones!) Looking forward to all 2016 posts! Wish I wasn't on the East Coast- I'd have to plan a stop over!

I am anxious for Christmas. I really need lots more shiny brites for my new aluminum tree. I still read your old blogs before I go to sleep sometimes. Makes for nice dreams. 😊
Have a nice evening!
